Gua Sha | Rose Quartz Massage Crystal

$15.00

You can use the Rose Quartz Gua Sha wonderfully during the day and in the evening to enhance your skincare rituals and to create a ritual of self-love for you. After a long, stressful day, it gently hugs your heart and lets you feel the harmonious connection to yourself.

The Rose Quartz activates our heart chakra, which is connected to our skin and our sense of touch. The Rose Quartz therefore has positive effects on our skin health and can ensure a soft and rosy complexion.

Gua Sha originally comes from traditional Chinese medicine. The soothing application stimulates the lymph flow and is supposed to rid the body of toxins.

Application:

  • Important: Before and after each use, clean your stone under running water with a mild soap.
  • So that the stone slides better on the skin, apply your favorite oil or alternatively a rich care product.
  • To stimulate the lymph flow, always rub the stone from the inside out during the massage. On the neck, you should massage from the bottom up.
  • Rub the stone over the skin at an angle of 45 degrees, i.e. at a slight angle.
  • Start at the jaw. From your chin, you can slide the stone towards your ears, relaxing your jaw. Then the cheeks follow and you repeat the whole thing from your nose to the hairline. Be especially careful around the eyes. Stripes from the bridge of the nose to the temples. Reduce the pressure so as not to strain the delicate skin. Finally, sweep the stone from the center of your forehead, over your temple, to your hairline. For headaches, it is good to pull the stone from the forehead over the scalp.
  • You can repeat the application daily. If you put the stone in the fridge, it provides cool refreshment in the morning. In the evening, the stone will help you relax.
