Human Rights
I respect and adhere to the ethical principles as outlined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights by the United Nations.
Quality Assurance
I ensure that I have the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively support my coachees. I keep my knowledge and skills up to date, seek feedback, and engage in regular training and development.
Responsibility Towards Coachees
I am aware of the responsibility I bear towards my coachees. I ensure that my coachees are supported to the best of my ability in a safe and nurturing environment. I decline assignments for which I do not consider myself sufficiently competent.
Societal Responsibility
I am also aware of my societal responsibility and the responsibility towards my profession, which I fulfil to the best of my knowledge and conscience.
Collegial Action
The interaction with my colleagues is always fair and puts competitive aspects aside. My guidelines for collegial conduct are openness, exchange, and mutual support.
Coaching vs Therapy
I am aware of the clear boundary between coaching and therapy, and I emphasise this in my coaching practice as well. I do not diagnose nor do I employ therapeutic methods. I always work within my area of expertise. If my competencies are not sufficient for providing adequate assistance, I refer clients to experts in the respective field.
Transparency
I communicate openly and honestly with my coachees, ensuring they are informed about my methods and principles. Additionally, I make sure that the contract, roles, and modalities between the involved parties are precisely and transparently regulated.
Confidentially
I protect the privacy of coachees and do not disclose any confidential information.
Respect
I respect the boundaries and needs of my coachees. I always work in the best interest of the coachee and have their highest well-being in mind at all times.
Self-Efficacy
I honour and activate the creative power of each individual, and I am aware that every person is responsible for themselves.
On Eye Level
I approach my coachees as partners on equal footing. I enter every conversation without bias and without discriminating against anyone.
Spirituality
I acknowledge the spiritual dimension of my profession. I honour the spiritual world that connects us all and utilise this connection to support my coachees to the best of my ability.
Higher-Self Activation
I support my coachees with the resources available to me to deepen their connection to their Higher Self and to utilise their inner wisdom and intuition to achieve their goals and unfold their full potential.
Integrity
I work and act in accordance with my personal, moral, and spiritual values.
