  • Opt for comfortable, breathable attire that allows freedom of movement. Choose moisture-wicking fabrics and consider layers for warmth during relaxation. Most importantly, wear what makes you feel at ease, ensuring a focused and enjoyable yoga practice.

  • Comfortable clothing, a water bottle, commitment and an open mind are all you need for a fulfilling practice. Mats are provided but you are free to use your own.
