    It's also common to take a break from Life Coaching after a while and perhaps return later with new targeted areas of focus.

    Personally, when it comes to me working with coaches, iI value having a trusted ally by my side, and my coaching relationships often involve periods of closer and more distant collaboration. Regardless of the circumstances, I find comfort in knowing there's a familiar presence who understands how to support me and whom I can rely on.

About our Coaching Sessions

  • Yes, Life Coaching sessions are typically confidential, similar to therapy.

  • All sessions are conducted online (I will provide you with a link), offering flexibility to accommodate your schedule and preferences. Lasting 60 minutes each, these sessions provide ample time for deep exploration and meaningful progress. Depending on your preference, our sessions can be held in English or German.

    To ensure continuity and steady progress, I typically recommend a biweekly schedule, allowing us to maintain momentum and delve deeper into your growth journey with consistency and dedication. Yes, there will be homework every now and then but nothing you can’t handle! I believe in you!

  • Coaching has become increasingly popular as more people seek personalised guidance to achieve their personal and professional goals. Recognising the importance of high-quality training, I completed an extensive 8-month program led by renowned coach Laura Malina Seiler. This rigorous training provided me with advanced skills and techniques to effectively support my clients. Coupled with my substantial personal practice and hands-on experience, I am well-equipped to help individuals unlock their potential and navigate their paths to success.

    Since 2015, I've immersed myself in self-development and now aspire to empower others on their journeys.

  • To prepare for a session, I recommend finding a quiet and comfortable space where you won't be disturbed. Take a few moments to reflect on what you'd like to discuss or any specific goals or challenges you want to address during our time together. It can also be helpful to jot down any thoughts or questions you have beforehand. Most importantly, come with an open mind and a willingness to engage in the process of self-discovery and growth.

    Bring along some paper, a pen, and your favourite tea or drink.

  • The investment in life coaching is an investment in your personal growth and fulfilment. My coaching packages are designed to provide you with the support and guidance you need to achieve your goals.

    Before we begin our coaching sessions, I offer a free 30-minute Introduction Call. This gives us a chance to get to know each other and figure out what areas you want coaching in.

    If you're interested in the 12-week coaching support, I'll create a programme tailored to your specific needs. For one-on-one coaching sessions, you can choose from the following options:

    1 Session - $150 | €99

    3 Sessions - $420 | €280

    6 Sessions - $800 | €520

    Payment plans are available.

    Each package offers a discounted rate compared to individual sessions, allowing you to make a commitment to your development while enjoying greater savings. With each session, you'll gain valuable insights, develop practical strategies, and move closer to realising your full potential.

  • You can easily make bookings by clicking the “Contact Me” Button. We'll work together to find a time that suits you best, and the first 30-minute introduction call is complimentary.

    Sessions are confirmed upon receipt of payment (payment plans are available).

    With booking a Life Coaching session you agree to the T's & C's and to the Cancellation Policy.

    Life can be unpredictable, so please don't hesitate to inform me if you need to change the date or time of your Life Coaching session. Changes made up to 48 hours before your session are free of charge.

    If you need to reschedule within 48 hours of your booked time, a $30 fee will apply. Additionally, for cancellations made within 48 hours of the booked time, a fee of 50% will be incurred.

Individual Coaching Support over 12 weeks

In my 12-week coaching programme, I’m here to help you connect with what’s authentic and meaningful for you. Together, we’ll create space for self-discovery, clarity, and a path forward that resonates deeply with who you are.

3 STEPS TO WORKING TOGETHER

To see if my coaching is the right fit for you, we’ll start with a free introductory chat of about 15 minutes via phone or WhatsApp. During this call, we’ll get to know each other, discuss your topic, and clarify my role as a life coach.

If we feel it's a good match, we'll explore which option suits you best and can schedule a time for your online coaching session. I have availability throughout the day, in the evenings, and on weekends.

Our coaching sessions take place on Google Meet and last for 60 minutes. This convenient online platform allows us to connect easily, no matter where you are. During our session, we'll dive into your topics and work together towards your goals in a comfortable and supportive environment.
